What is your Refunds & Exchange Policy?To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow at least 14 business days. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please include a note with your return indicating which item you would like to exchange it for. We will send the new item to you as soon as possible. Customers will be responsible for the fees associated with sending back the purchased product. For more information, refer to our Return policy.

Do you ship internationally ?At this time we only ship to US & Canada. We will be expanding to other countries in the future

What if I received a defect item?If we determine that the item is defective due to a product issue, we offer complimentary exchanges. We will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and sending the replacement item of the same value. If the item defect is due to customer misuse, we will not be able to replace or exchange the product. At our scrub brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
