Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Avo Scrubs purchase, you may return it within 14  days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags intact.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated fees.

 

Exchanges:

 

We understand that sizing or style preferences may change. If you would like to exchange your Avo Scrubs product for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery.

The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags intact. At AVO SCRUBS we're committed to ensuring you love your scrubs. While customers will be responsible for sending back the original items, we cover one complimentary shipping fee to send the new items to you!

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at Avoscrubs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

 

Refunds:

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Please allow at least 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank account. (may depend on your bank)

 

Exceptions:

 

Personalized, customized items, final items & items on sale over 40% are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether it be through a refund, exchange, or replacement of the same value.
